All My Sons Portland

Marcos and Juan Were assigned to my move. They were on time and called ahead of their arrival. I was pleased about how fast they loaded up the truck and took care with packaging my wall art. My belongings were moved to a storage unit- I would have bet I picked a unit too small but they managed to fit everything together safely and efficiently without any problem. I’m super impressed. I highly recommend this company if you have a move you’re planning.

Broke off a number of big branches on my tree in front yard with huge oversize truck and clearly thought it would be ok to block my driveway. Photo only shows what was on the truck not what all was on the street. Threw the big branches in my front lawn and left all the smaller ones on the street. Offered a phone number and I backed up when he was coming too close to maintain six feet social distance so driver stomped off and said I could look it up online. When I explained I just wanted to maintain social distance when he gave me the phone number, he said "Oh God" and refused to provide it. All I wanted them to do was to clear the branches instead of making them all my responsibility. My yard bin is full. Refused to give me the phone number a second time, saying he would have to look it up. Told me he doesn't get paid enough to deal with people like me, and I'm the problem. Gave up being on hold waiting for person for over 15 minutes to complain and am so irritated that he couldn't be kind but instead viewed it as my being the problem from moment one. This is the Clackamus branch and the move was right off Alberta St on 5/22. I have more pics of additional branches from other trees he took down afterwards. I resolved by forcing them to deal with the branches since they were refusing to do so and they further prevented me from reaching anyone to manage the situation professionally.

I would recommend these guys to anyone looking for a quality, professional, hard working mover. From my first phone call everyone I worked with was great. I had to postpone my move and they made it easy. The 3 guys that moved me worked hard and did fantastic.job. While they were moving me I received a call from.the office to make sure everything was to my satisfaction which I appreciated. I made the mistake of using a different company last time I loved but will use All My Sons for any futute moves. Thanks for doing a great job!

Jackson and Jordan were out movers today. Wow! Is all I can day about them. They were very professional, on time. Wrapped all our furniture for us, (which out of all the 3 times we've had movers move us has this ever happened). I highly recommend Jackson and Jordan. If we EVER move again, I will use All my Sons and request Jackson and Jordan. By far the BEST movers in the Portland Metro area.

Alec and his team at All My Sons Moving & Storage helped us relocate to our new apartment two weeks ago and were absolutely instrumentally in making it a clean, smooth, and efficient process. We had concerns because of the stairs (down 1, up 2 from our old apartment to the new one)and narrow entry ways, but he assured us it was no problem. They were able to complete the move within the time frame and we were able to have our new place ready to go and live in. I specifically would like to commend and praise to Alec, who showed great leadership, initiative, and was a complete joy to work with during our move in getting things everything accomplished in rapid time. Thank you!
