All Points Moving & Storage did a fantastic job for us. They were clear and accurate on the estimate, arrived on time and were personable and professional, and honored all details of their contract. We liked them, they did a fantastic job, and we would go with them again!

Mark Cavallari did an excellent job coordinating our move to another state. He came to our home and performed a thorough review of our property and provided a detailed inventory of what we might move and the packing required. He explained our options regarding Company packing vs, customer packing, insurance and other considerations. He gave us a lot to think about. As moving day approached Mark performed another inventory as we had given some furniture to our children and other items to charity. We also advised him of items that we wanted the company to pack. Mark provided a revised estimate promptly with no surprises (as he had explained the charges early in the process). The day before our move a crew from the company came and packed those items we had requested. all the furniture and every box was inventoried and given a tag. On moving day another crew arrived to load our belongings. Because our street was too narrow to accommodate a full size van, the crew loaded a smaller truck and ferried the furniture to the van which was parked on a different road. The crew was quick and efficient, but careful with our things. At the end of the day I signed all of the inventory sheets and the crew chief also signed. I was given a "window" of 5 to 8 days to the arrival at our new home. We arrived on the evening of the 4th day and the next morning the van and the crew arrived. All of our furniture was placed in the rooms that we indicated for each piece and beds and tables were set up. There was no damage to any of the furniture or to any of the boxes and nothing was lost in transit. Unpacking (of which there was a lot) confirmed that there was no damage to china, crystal or art works. This was a first class move conducted by a top tier company. I don't know if we will ever move again, but if we do I plan on calling United first.
