All Pro Movers

All Pro is my family’s “go to” for every move. I’m coming up on my 4th move in the last 7 years and I will always stick with them.. especially because I move to different buildings in downtown Dallas, which can be tricky with freight elevators and scheduling. The crew is always knowledgeable of garage guidelines and I always get blessed with Joe, who is such a sweet and hard working man!Lauren is always friendly, sharp, & professional. I support good businesses!

All Pro Movers is the best in the metroplex. I’ve used them for years. They moved all my things with great care and were quick on their feet, so as not to purposely go over time. Prices can’t be beat.

Terrible experience! Don’t recommend because if anything goes wrong nothing will be done to fix the issue with also terrible customer service/ communication skills. The owner Lauren messed up the the times of when the movers were suppose to arrived. I was not ready or prepared, but tried to quickly, even though I was frustrated about this situation. They arrived hours early even though she called me the day before confirming time/ date, got our information mixed up with other customers and who knows who else (the other customer didn’t get serviced till way later then their time since they were at my house), blamed me several times that it’s my fault, yelled/curse on the phone to both me and my spouse, and she is not given us any discount fee, time off for inconvenience, not even a simple credit card fee waive because I was going to go to the bank later to take the money out in cash since they have this fee and now I won’t be able too. The movers got lost when the next stop was suppose to be the storage unit to get the rest of my stuff and they ended up going to a different location because she put all the information in wrong. I waited 35 minutes for them which should’ve been a less than 10 Minute drive. With all this I told her I just wanted my stuff back and to cancel. She stated she will not give my stuff back until I pay the two hours minimum and this was before I signed the contract. She continue to yell and disrespect both me and my spouse. They have great reviews “so far” which is why I used them because the movers are nice and does their job, BUT If anything goes wrong expect the worse. I don’t think this place is worth the risk and headache. Edited: I asked several times for a discount when the team arrived at the wrong time and the owner stated no and blamed me. I didn’t receive an actual discount, I received 30 minutes off because the owner mixed up my paperwork with someone else so the drivers drove 30 minutes to another address instead of my address that was less than 10 minutes away where I was waiting for them. The “discount” was because the drivers were lost and it took that long to get back to my actual destination. I was not satisfied at the end of the day, I was threaten that they will keep my stuff if I didn’t pay the $200 when I ask from the beginning after being yelled at and my stuff being brought to a different location. Read the other poor reviews and you will see their is a pattern with this owner and company with being unprofessional.

All Pro Movers have been a great moving company to work with over the years. I have used them for my two previous moves, as well as recommended them to move other family members. They were professional, on time and very respectful.

I’ve used these movers multiple times and love them! They are quick, efficient, and take care of your things. I highly recommend to anyone looking for professional movers at a great price!
