I was planning a local move and All Star Moving gave me the best quote. Due to some issues with my apartment leasing company, I had to reschedule and Michelle was very helpful and able to squeeze me in. Unfortunately, my move-in date was changed again and I was looking to reschedule last-minute. All Star wasn't able to fit me in this time, understandably. Throughout the entire process, Michelle was helpful, professional, and understanding. I would definitely work with All Star in the future!

I am getting ready to move from Indiana to Washington. I had the CEO Tony come and give me a quote for the move. I found that I would financially be better off moving myself. He was wonderful though and told me he'd assist with the loading of my truck if I'd like, and felt strongly that his crew could get my couch and big items out of my 3 story apartment easy. So I went with his company because getting my big items out is my largest worry. Yesterday, just a few days before my move, I received a call that All Star had to cancel my appointment due to a truck break-down. I was given a number to the company that All Star hires loaders through and when I called, the company said they didn't deal with individuals but only companies and that I'd have to have All Star hire their workers. When I called All Star back this was not an option and they gave me a website to go to to try and find loaders. I understand that the truck break-down was not planned but overall I am still very disappointed.
