Terrible experience, they are contractors and don’t care who they work with, they ripped us off $200 pretending that they cannot get the truck closer to the building’s entrance. Especially stay away from LD Storage, very dishonest people.

I scheduled my move with Star Relocation, and they did a good job. Everything went as planned; they packed my stuff accordingly and delivered them to my new location. The price is almost the same as quoted, as I have certain extra items, but overall pricing is still reasonable.

Not Trustworthy. They are just a broker and they work with terrible companies. I don’t know how they got over 4 stars but it has been 21 days but I didn’t get and update about the delivery of my stuff. I am trying to live in an empty apartment waiting for Star Relocation and LD Storage to honor the contract .

Jennifer assisted me with my move. Was very happy with everything. After I booked my move several scammers continue to call and text me at all hours of the night and tried to convince me to go with them instead of the company I chose. Out of all the moving companies that were contacting me Jennifer was the only one that did not do this or use those tactics. I can see where many people would easily get terrified from some of the things that the scammers were saying to me but I knew after speaking with Jennifer that I was talking to an honest lady and I figured that I had to trust my instincts. I’m so thrilled that everything went according to plan for the most part and as promised I am leaving my positive review after the deal was complete. Thank you so much Jennifer!
