Customer service deserves a 5 star rating, but overall satisfaction ? Definitely deserves higher than that. All States Car Transportation transported my car from Miam to Las Vegas some 5 years ago. Recently moved back to Miami and obviously used them yet again. On both instances, my car was picked up within the window promised and picked it up in the same manner.
