They were super nice and helpful, put our stuff where we wanted it in our new place with care. Moved everything on the same day, our new place was 3 hours away. They were very sweet with my 8 year old too which I really appreciate.

I have never felt more helpless, taken advantage of or disgusted by a company or dealt with such unethical threats against another human-being. This company verbally promised to do my move of a small 1br apartment for within my budget of $350 to $400. The movers weren’t overly slow but not fast either definitely a wasted 15-20 minutes per hour with chitchat between themselves. The new location was just 15 minutes from my old apartment. I moved all the small boxes, clothes, lamps, dishes, etc myself. Literally, any small items that would fit in my car I took myself. They only moved large items like the sofa, appliances, etc. I helped load and unload almost the entire time and even with all my preparation and help my bill was $540 which was well outside my budget. Apparently you are responsible for their travel time from SC to GA or their office to your house at $115 an hour which is ridiculous. When I complained and told them all the money I had in my wallet was $410, instead of offering a reduction in my bill, payment plan or working with me in any fashion they threatened to hold all my belongings hostage on the truck until I paid my balance in full and suggested I borrow money from a friend. Then they threatened to take all my belongings to their office and charge me to have them redelivered once I had the money. I threatened to call the police. They seem very familiar with folks being unhappy with them because even after I gave them my credit card number in order to get the rest of my belongings, they demanded I sign all their paperwork after paying before they would unload the truck. Then they demanded an imprint of my credit card, then a picture, all of which I refused before they would continue unloading the truck. They do an estimate of the required unload time without actually unloading anything for this very reason. So your bill is due, in full as soon as you get to the new location “or else” The unload time wasn’t properly estimated either since I’m there helping them the whole time. This company is dirty and unethical. Even after getting paid and signing now they are blowing up my phone. As soon as the last item was off the truck I dragged the few items on the front porch inside and then locked the door because I feared they would come take the items and put them in their truck because I had refused the picture of my credit card. I’m sitting here, door locked, wishing I could hit the undo button and afraid that this shady company knows where I live. I’ve attached a picture of their license plate just in case they steal you items and you need to track them down. The truck was old, white, and un-marked. The doors were so rotten they wouldn’t open or close so they just used the lift gate to hold my items in. Never. Again.

These guys were great. Worked hard and were very friendly and conscientious. Packing was excellent and all at a fair price. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

I have moved a lot over the past 19 years in the military and had many different moving companies. This company is by far the best I have every work with throughout my career. Terrill Staple, Quaddray Gaston and Justin Cohen were very professional throughout the move and did an outstanding job. I would recommend them to everyone if they are moving.
