I worked with Tyler when I had to move from Maine to Massachusetts. He planned and priced everything out for me. Him and his entire team were friendly, helpful, and diligent. I even stored my belongings in their storage units for a few months while looking for a place to live. Great price for long distance move. I would highly recommend Tyler and Allen&Coles for any moving/storage needs!

Terrible company, they ran an un-authorized payment on our credit card over $2000 and we haven't even received our delivery (which was split in half because they over loaded the initial truck) due on December 13, 2019 at the latest, it's January 3rd 2020 and a whopping charge and no delivery. Nobody has returned our calls for over a week, it's a nightmare after moving across the country. Yep reviews give them 2.5 stars. We contacted Allied movers and they partnered with ALLEN & COLES MOVING SYS, so we learned the hard way. Stay away.

It's been three plus weeks and after two phone calls into to their office I never got a call back. I spoke to two different receptionist and mentioned I hadn't received a call back to quote a move from Maine to California. Still no call. On to the next company unfortunately.

These guys have a great system and motivated workers. Very polite and helpful! I had to retrieve a couple of things from the storage unit and they had to unwrap some items so I could check them. No problems at all!
