The management is who I have a problem with. They were not transparent with their billing policies and make verbal offers over the phone without disclosing how much you will be billed at the minimum. They had no paperwork sent to me so that I could see their billing practices. I should have known better than to trust a business after just speaking on the phone. But I think they do this so they don't have to disclose some jobs to the IRS. The moving guys were nice and efficient but the management is shady. I would not trust these people who do business like this.

Our Jon/Jon packing team was SO incredibly efficient. They were very respectful of our space and my children which made things so much easier. As I unpacked, I realized how talented they were. Each box is so perfectly arranged and organized, which has helped us transition into our new condo with ease. Our moving crew lead by Jay was phenomenal....I got tired just watching them! They were moving and carrying things 3x their sizes. They effortlessly packed and unloaded our 2200 sq ft loft condo into a teeny tiny condo about half the size with 3 sets of stairs. They managed to fit all our things into one truck and I'm so thankful for that. For every problem we encountered, Jay had a solution. We definitely could not have done it without them!
