Horrible experience. Missed work and wasn’t given an accurate time to expect my belongings.

I have not received my shipment yet so I can’t comment on how well they do their job, but I called to ask a question and the man who I was eventually transferred to was very unprofessional and had a bad attitude from the moment he got on the phone. He asked me my name and said “what’s the problem?” I said I don’t have a problem. I only have a question there’s no reason to have an attitude. He said he “didn’t have an attitude”. Lol. Well they deserve their two star rating. I’m disappointed that the government will give contracts to a crappy company like this. My stuff better not be broken, I’ll say that much. That guy, who didn’t even introduce himself, has no business talking to any customers.

I was not moving I am a truck driver delivery somebody's furniture Irish curse at threatened was told to take the load and leave that means I don't care about your furniture the lady in the office was just as rude my 13 years of driving I was never treated like that or saw anybody treated like that just for pulling into a driveway the rules are not to pull in the driveway but how is 1 to no with nothing posted just too cheap to make the sign I do not recommend this place at all I feel sorry for the people that I'm delivering for cuz they're all military coming from Iraq or Afghanistan and that's what they're going to come home to
