Has you docu sign a paper takes half of the LOW quote via ACH and then calls you back for an itemized list and quotes you quadruple the original amount and keeps your money when you cancel. Now i have to go to small claims court!!!!!! Guy that called is so unprofessional and rude. He knows what hes doing. READ all of the reviews, I was transferred over the phone to this fraudulent company by another moving agency that did not have availability. I did not have time to check reviews, huge mistake and I'm out $750.

Never book with this place, even if it means selling everything and just buying new stuff at your destination. They nickel and dime absolutely everything and its always your responsibility to make things fit their timing. I’m surprised I didn’t have to pay for each individual lunch for the guys that dropped the stuff off. I would have paid $5000 more for someone else who is somewhat reasonable rather than, “here we come, you better be ready to accommodate us”.

I hired these guys to move us on January 25th and their salesman gives you one price, nice and low to get you to sign, then just before the move they call you up with a guy from quality control and DOUBLES the price. Then when you get over the shock and say no, they want to negotiate a lower price , still almost twice what they originally quoted. These guys are criminal ....DONT USE THEM>....

I hired this company because I was moving. I was given an estimate which included travel time. I understand the final price was subject to change based on equipment used. However, they did not disclose that I would have to pay taxes fees and tolls. Which I'm not sure why that would not be included in the quote as all the information needed to determine the price is received at the time you make a reservation. Once they load all my things in the truck they change the travel time required, added tolls and taxes, and charge you for equipment which you have no way of knowing if the list is accurate. I called and complained and the "manager" agreed to give me 1 hour back but they guy only gave me half. This is a scam! You have no choice but to pay because they have your furniture. I truly beleive it is illegal how they their business. Why not go through the things quote it so the customer knows the price before, but they refused to do it that way. Also a worker was spitting on the floor in my house. I repeatedly asked him to stop and he continued! This was not a pleasant experience at all!

My daughter hired All Pro Movers for a move from one apt building to another in same complex. They gave her a written price of $395. On the day the move, they moved everything into the truck. They said the policy is they can’t unload the truck until paid in full. They then tacked on another $514 for tape, cardboard boxes they cut in half to cover furniture, and blankets they used. She was shocked when the bill skyrocketed to $910. Be very aware of this company. Check Better BB and look at all complaints. I wish we did. Very dishonest.
