Great experience moving across the country. In an industry with little to no regulation these guys are by far the best moving service I’ve ever used. Great communication, up front about price and great service. Would recommend for any move.

On February of 2018, I had a house fire. Allways moving and storage was contracted by ServPro to pack and move my belongings from my house to ServPro's warehouse. During the packing process they were totally unorganized and not professional. One of the employees was confrontational at one point. I am still finding broken items to this day. The fire was a horrific nightmare and it still haunts us. Everytime I find something damaged it is a reminder of the tragedy of that day.

We had great experiences with them twice now, for both moving and storage. Seem like really good guys. (I believe it was John who we worked with and he was great.)

Not that I've actually been to the site and while I love these guys. They've been around they do great business. And I'm looking forward to them moving me for the very last time in my life.

They were courteous and responsive, however I had furniture damage that I was never covered even though I told them to include the furniture damage coverage (I bought the second most expensive one). I called Paul Berkert and told him that there was damage to my leather chairs and they split (almost from side to side) the front drawer of an expensive night stand. He first told me that since I moved to VA he didn't know if there was anything he could do because they don't deal with furniture repair companies in VA. Then he gave me his email address and told me to send pictures. He never responded to my emails and when I tried to call back, he did return my calls. Two years later the chairs are almost completely ruined because of the initial scrapes and peels.
