Great movers did a great job packing up my house
The moving team was great. They arrived an hour early. They took great care in off loading my HHGs and placing them in storage in such a way that I can get to my necessary items. HHGs arrived without damage. Excellent customer service! Very engaging. It was very hot and they offered me ice cold water... above the call of duty. You are fortunate to employ John and assistant. They are the best!

Hello Chasey, the crew did an amazing job with the delivery of our HHGs and setup of our bed. The gentlemen were extremely polite and hardworking. They also had such a great sense of humor! They were in and out in no time. Not wasting anytime whatsoever. I informed John that we'd hope to have him and the crew pack us whenever we receive orders to PCS off island. We would also would like to thank the office staff for their patience every time we called to change the delivery dates and to answer questions we had. Let me first start by saying, I never leave reviews. The impression left by our experience with Aloha International and Joe and his crew was significant enough to make me want to let others know. There are quite a few bad reviews left here, but I am a strong believer that it is the crew who makes or breaks a company's reputation and Joe and his crew are a true asset to Aloha International. The entire crew was respectful, courteous, hard working, trustworthy and polite. Joe was a true leader and managed his crew well. This crew truly worked together as a team to the point of undoing some subpar packing and training a fellow teammate on how to properly pack pots and pans in order to prevent damage. They even packed my furniture and belongings with evident attempts to prevent damage to extended legs on furniture, back of my swivel rocking chair, high backs of my dining room chairs and washing machine. The paperwork was very legible, accurate and adjusted per my request when needed. As the team leader, Joe worked with me with zero push back or fuss for what must have seemed like crazy requests as I followed behind closely to ensure everything was documented and taken care of accordingly. This included writing sticker numbers on boxes and wrapped items, of which Joe started doing for me himself after putting a sticker on items when I explained why I wanted this done. My entire 19 page spreadsheet of high value items (of which I staged together as much as possible before the crew's arrival) was documented and accepted with absolutely no question or problems from Joe or Aloha International. If you are fortunate enough to be assigned Aloha International and Joe's crew, your belongings are in good and trustworthy hands.
