EXCELLENT pack out for our HHG!! I LOVED our crew!! Unfortunately, I cannot remember their names (performed the move-out on 8/7/2019 on Hickam), but they were by far the best movers we have ever had! First, these two showed up EARLY! Super courteous, wrapped everything, and were extremely gentle with our things! I was a nervous wreck because of our previous move with a different company, and these two truly restored my faith. They labeled EVERYTHING and the paperwork was 100%. I marked all of the high value items with signs beforehand, and everything made it on the list, no issues! I would give 100 stars to those two if I could! Thank you for such a great end to our time in Hawaii! :)

Terrible! Driver and movers doesn't have manners. They were very rude and won't stop pointing finger at me. They just parked whenever they liked and doesn't follow our building rules. They should send a more experienced and more professional employees on the road. Not the arrogant and Mr. know it all kind. I wouldn't recommend them. Customer service is not good at all. Don't get them. You'll regret it.

Just got my belongings. Unbelievably pathetic. Looking at my legal options.
