Always Affordable Moving and Storage

The guys that showed to pack us were great at packing our stuff, they had no breaks. We had a week before delivery, some boxes were damaged but the broken item were pretty much due to my packing. The guys that delivered were fast and and very careful with our belongings and again, no breaks till I offered water!! I know this company has bad reviews but it all worked out great!!!

I recently moved a 1-bedroom apartment from NY to FL. I was very nervous as this was my first move ever. There are so many negative reviews about Always Affordable, however my move went smoothly and just as planned. Tim from dispatch always returned my calls and was lovely to deal with. The movers arrived at the pickup location within the time frame they promised, and they arrived at the drop off location on the date and time they promised. None of my boxes or furniture were missing or damaged. They did not try to charge any extra fees that was not already previously discussed. They had the itinerary from the broker company, Charter Van Lines, and knew exactly what needed to be done. My items were wrapped up really well, which reassured me that they would sustain a cross country move. If you need to make a small move on a budget I would definitely recommend using this company.

I cannot understand how this company is still in business. I have moved all over the world and never encountered the problems that I have with this company. I went through MovingAPT who hired this bunch of cowboys to move my stuff as I suspect they must have been the cheapest and now I know why. When I tried to get my goods delivered after giving them 2 months notice of the delivery day they started shouting at me, refused to deliver on the agreed timeframe and hung up. When my goods were delivered my large jewelry box had been broken open and my most of my furniture was very badly damaged. All my boxes were delivered covered in mud and rust. Words cannot convey how angry I am about this company. BUYER BEWARE avoid at all costs!!!!!
