Always Professional Moving

To be avoided at all costs. They charged *over $2,000* to move me to a different apartment within the same elevator-equipped apartment building, with no warning that the price - over 40%* higher than it would have been just a few days earlier - would be so exorbitant. I have e-mailed them twice to seek an explanation, yet they refuse to respond. Included in this fee was nearly $800 in "packing and unpacking," a service which (for my kitchen) comprised them putting my things in boxes and then dumping them out on the kitchen counter, leaving me to spend hours of my own time shelving and reorganizing. The move was nearly three weeks ago, and I am still not finished picking up after them! (* this figure excludes a 1 hour waiting fee of $180.00 that, while high, I understand why I was charged and am not upset about.)

We used them with unpakt. I'd never use them again, they charged us 2x the quoted price. Same move but longer distance cost us 50% less 5 months ago.

Always professional movers were simply that - professional. I've hired a number of moving companies over the years and there was always an issue. With Always Professional, we didn't encounter one issue at all. They were prompt and handled all of our items with care. I will certainly be using them again and recommending to all my friends and family. Great service and fair pricing.

Amazing moving company! Very professional and reliable staff.. They brought all the needed equipment with them and carefully unassembled, wrapped, loaded, unloaded, and assembled everything! Highly recommend.
