They accommodated a last minute request to move a piano and large safe (maybe 400 pounds or so). I spoke with Alan on the phone and shortly thereafter received a proper estimate via email, with another email to pay the $50 deposit. I paid the deposit and received email confirmation of such. Alan and his workers showed up right on time at 9AM on a Sunday. They packed everything just fine and unloaded without incident. No damage to anything in the house. George was Alan's point man for the move, and he explained everything, had me sign the paperwork, and took pictures of the safe and piano before the move to capture existing damage. I'd definitely use them again.
