This is scam company! Never use this company... They have 5 stars on website.. don’t trust!!! It’s just pictures!!!! But not real.... They have plan how to book new customers and how to get money ch more money then they promised you... first somebody call you and promised good deal on moving and after when they start working they give different price and charge for each item and weight and other stuff... and they start telling you about scam calls or something like this and try to be good against you!! DON’T TRUST!!!!! They have one guy who make some Scam Calls!! - it’s his tactic!!! They are cheap company... they using people from other companies who can work good and after that won’t pay for his job or give him cheap rates... They using rental truck...!!!! It’s mean they don’t have your own truck!!! Also check license number and all insurance for Cargo, Workers Comp and general lability!!!!! 100% they don’t have nothing!!!!

Felipe and Frank came and packed and loaded up our household goods today. They were just amazing. Professional, fast and very nice. They did an awesome job with being sure everything was protected and packed like it was their personal stuff. Can’t thank them enough and would use them again any time. Very happy with all the communication with them and the service.

I used American Pacific for my move from Southern California to Southern Oregon in January 2020. I originally contacted Eli a few months prior to get a quote and gather information which would make my move as easy as possible for all parties concerned. Mike came to my house and evaluated what I had and went over the options available for the move. I had a very large executive desk which would have to be taken apart to be moved. Mike assured me that it would not be a problem disassembling the desk and then re-assembling it at the new location. I also wanted a dedicated truck for pick-up and delivery, as I did not want my belongings transported with other loads nor did I want them to be shipped in a tractor/trailer and then transferred to a ‘shuttle’ for final delivery. As I had a 3 bedroom home my belongings would easily fill a 27 foot truck. Although I was informed that this would be a more expensive way to go, I wanted this option. I kept in touch with Eli over the following weeks and continued to get bids from other companies. In the end I choose American Pacific even though they were not the lowest bid I had received. I felt that both Eli and Mike were sincere in their desire to do whatever they could to meet the needs I had and to make the move as easy and as painless as possible. In mid-December I made the arrangements to have American Pacific do my move in mid-January and kept in touch with Eli over the next few weeks. My only slightly negative comment would be that it was sometimes difficult to directly contact anyone at the office during late December and early January. Calls went to voice mail and sometimes were not returned for a day or two. It was the holidays and as I learned later the staff had been given extended time off during that period so calls were not returned within a reasonable time after being received. But, that was a minor problem and taken care of as time went on. On packing day Lalo, Ed and Bobby showed up and went to work. Lalo was a ‘packing machine’. I was just amazed at how quickly and efficiently he could pack anything from fragile objects to the most durable items, quickly and well padded. Autumn also came to the house on packing day and went over the final documents and schedules. She was also very helpful in coordinating the packers, loaders, pick-up and delivery schedules. One the second day Ed and Felipe showed up to finish the packing and do the loading. Mike also came out and as he had promised got the executive desk disassembled and wrapped for packing. I had asked that Ed accompany Felipe to Oregon to unload and that request approved. The truck was loaded and locked and parked in the American Pacific yard for a few days until I could get to Oregon. Felipe and I stayed in touch by phone during this time. Five days later my household goods were deliver on the agreed upon date. All in all a very efficient and professional job. My thanks to Eli, Mike, Autumn, Eduardo, Lalo, Bobby and Felipe for your hard work, dedication and professionalism. You made an event that is usually difficult and stressful much easier to get through. I would highly recommend American Pacific and their dedicated staff for your next move.

Impressed on price, overall service and respect towards being fair and giving quality service. It's a tough call when picking up a phone to find someone to pick up everything you own and "hope" it shows up in the same form as it left. Would use them again for sure.

I have used American Pacific Transportation twice now. From the word go to the time they offload or unpack the last item, they are efficient, courteous, and careful. They packed everything up very efficiently. They unpacked my stuff, hauled away the packing material, and within an hour, they were done and gone. I would not hesitate to contact them again when I move.
