I sort of wish I’d looked at reviews earlier, but I didn’t. I hired Professional Moving and Storage, which is located in FL. I gave them a really detailed estimate of our things and I was quoted $3,500. I decided to hire them. What I didn’t know was that they’d hire an outside company to do the moving. This outside company was American Pro Movers. The movers came and the guy immediately told us “the brokers don’t know how to get good estimates.” He literally eyeballed our stuff and said he was going to charge $6,500 rather than 3,500. I can imagine a couple extra hundred dollars, but there was no way it would be double the price. He tried to scam us. We basically got screwed. Now, we had to hire our own Uhaul and move everything ourselves, and completely change our plans because of this terrible company. Do yourself a favor and stay far far away.

Please do not waste your time with these fools! Scam artists! They tried to charge 2-3k more than originally agreed on and tried to hold my furniture hostage if I was not willing to pay the new price! 0 stars would be more accurate.

If I could rate 0 stars I would 100x over ! They are horrible ! They Held my grandmas stuff for ransom and would not let her get her stuff until she paid more money. Everything littlery arrived broken, and now have hundreds in damages and flooring repairs.
