Carlos and son did the most amazing job with our office move. They communicated with us every step up to arrival, were punctual, very polite, extremely careful with all of our things, and super quick. They made sure everything was put where it belonged, and asked questions to make sure we were satisfied. I would highly recommend this Ameritex team and look forward to having them help us move in the future!!!

I met reps from Ameritex Movers at the AAGD conference this past spring. My son was getting ready to move so gave their info to him, along with info from several other companies. He called them all and chose to go with Ameritex. We are both glad he did! Service, starting with that first phone call, was top notch. The scheduling was easy, the price was right, and the movers were excellent. Thanks, Ameritex, for such a positive moving experience!

•Didn’t not communicate prior to arrival. •Did not bring the proper equipment. Arrived with pickup and trailer while they show full moving trucks on their page and website. •Truck only filled 1/2 way. No room for kitchen or clothes with 1 x 3 hour trip that was 20 miles away. •Didn’t protect furniture. •Used clear TAPE to secure WOOD furniture. THEY put tape directly on wood! •1 layer of shrink wrap does not protect wood furniture. •Broke trees with truck. •Scratched door while moving. •Sofa arm and loveseat recliner back warped and wobbly after move. Bought recently at Nebraska Furniture Mart. •Truck jackknifed and damaged apartment fence. Stuck for 40 minutes and charged for that time. •Called Daniel when move was complete and he said they would send customer care on Monday. •Called Tuesday and Daniel was unsupervised and there wasn't a manager available to address damage. •Still waiting on a broken couch with 1/2 of what needed to be moved. •I have to contract an additional moving truck to complete the move this weekend.
