This company is appalling. My first military move was conducted with this company and I can not tell you how awful my experience was. On the day of my pick up, they attempted once to contact me that morning and it was until I called later in the evening did I get to coordinate a pick up. I wasn't given a window for the pick up prior and the movers arrived extremely late. Subsequently when my belongings were to arrive at my first duty station, the delivery date was pushed back days later. It wasn't until a day before the delivery date I receive a call that my belongings were declared a "catastrophic loss". Luckily one of my crates were found but the other is still somewhere out there with items that can never be replaced which in hind sight was an idiotic idea to pack but it breaks my heart to know that I trusted this company to get them to me safely and they failed...
I've been with company for a while : ( with storage , moving, etc) they have friendly employees. Jorge was very nice and very helpful. He's there everyday to make sure the job gets done. (Talk about the perfect employee!) the owners work tirelessly and I couldn't ask for a better company
The worst experience EVER!!! We are a military family so we have had a couple of different experiences, this one being the absolute worse! They damaged many of our things and are not willing to compensate us for it. We are having to go through military claims now which is an option civilians don't have, so I'd watch out! They had a packer come out for a whole day and pack up a lot of things in our house. Then on a different day, the movers came in and started packing the rest of the house, then they sent the inventory guy (after most of our stuff had been packed) to inventory our items. They marked that a lot of our things were damaged, when they were not (read the paperwork before you sign). They talked about not being able to pack things in the proper way due to there not being enough time. They left black marks all over our carpet, hit doorways whiling moving furniture in and out, and talked about getting overtime. They moved slowly, stood around a lot, and there was a girl who parked and smoked a cigarette in front of our house while distracting the movers as they packed the truck up. They would take drags off of her cigarette, talk a little, and then go back to working. The move lasted until 2AM, and the guys did not put things together (things they took apart), put my baby's crib together wrong, missing screws and pieces, etc. They stole a playstation remote, they left us in a complete mess in the middle of the night. We had to ask them to put the crib together so that we could be our baby to sleep. They had a hard time finding the hardware which wasted a lot of time. Then to find out a lot of our things were damaged, we just could't believe it. The office is unwilling to help. I will never be compensated for my wasted time with this company but hopefully I will get compensated for my things through military claims. Megan is the claims representative and claims she couldn't open my pictures that I sent her via dropbox, she claimed that she could only offer me $5-$10 for my damaged things, and she said I didn't have model numbers etc. in which I did. She will have you do a lot of work for a little bit of money. To repair an Ipad or Micheal Korrs glasses apparently only costs $5. They should have sent somebody out to assess the items and write them down. Also, the inventory lists were impossible to read!!! Anyone who chooses this company to move them.... GOOD LUCK!
