Annabelles Moving and Storage

I highly recommend using Annabelle’s Moving and Storage. Their pricing is far less than their local competitors and the service was top notch. The moving team was punctual, personable and worked quickly to help me meet an important timeline. I would defiantly use them again in the future.

Fantastic service! Called a few companies and instantly had a good feeling speaking with Annabelles. Very straight forward, came right out to quote the move the same day, and absolutely NO surprises when it came to the pricing and accuracy of the quote. On the day of the move the crew couldn’t have been more professional and attentive to the task at hand. Took huge stress off the move! Highly recommend!

This is truly the best moving company. Excellent customer service - you actually get a human when you call and they work with you to schedule when it is convenient for you! And the actual movers are wonderful - I have used them three times and each time very pleased.

Our coordinater Randy was so nice and patient even though we needed to change our schedule many times. Also movers are nice and polite. They did an amazing job. Definitely recommend‼

Used them for a recent move. Also had issue with actual cost versus estimate. I had someone come out to provide the estimate. The initial estimate did not agree to what I told them I’d pack versus what I wanted them to pack. After several calls and emails I received a revised estimate, which at the high end of the range seemed high. I was told they prefer being conservative and that likely will be lower, so I went with them. My move came in +$200+ (~15%) more than the high end of the estimate. Most of the overage was for materials which seems like they should have been built into the estimate as what they ultimately pack was what I’d make clear they’d pack as part of the estimate plus a couple of boxes of things I was unable to get to (things that could be thrown into a large box with little packing material). To rub salt in my wounds when I went to pay with my credit card I was told that would be a 4% charge for doing so. I had to dig through my boxes to find my checkbook at a point and time I just wanted the experience over. They told me that the 4% charge is detailed in something they sent me but did not see any reason to point this out in any of the numerous communications we had leading up to my move. I am giving them two stars because the movers themselves were professional and did a good job getting my things moved with no damage I have noticed so far. But I can’t recommend using them since I don’t think there estimates can be trusted.
