The receptionist is incredibly rude, and uncooperative. The movers though, are amazing! We had them out this morning and they showed up, unloaded, and took off. We had to complete a claims form due to damage from the actual loading and they helped get it all written out. You'd get more business and better reviews if you would hire better office help; Somebody who has just an ounce of common decency or even basic, polite interaction skills.

Terrible front office service; movers were all good. Used to deliver house hold goods to a home that I had nothing in. Was given a window of “sometime this morning” and was expected to sit around and wait. They refused to give a courtesy call like any other movers because they were “too busy”. Apparently making a phone call before driving from one location to another is considered above and beyond for this company. The guys doing the moving were professional and courteous though. Maybe they don’t realize that if enough military folks complain about this contractor they will be dropped just like the other moving companies in this town and area....or they know that they are the last ones left and don’t have to compete, good work Alamogordo!

VERY RUDE AND DISHONEST PEOPLE.DONT TRUST THEM YOUR CREDIT CARD NUMBER BE CAREFULL WITH PAYMENTS.
