Appalacian Moving & Storage continually impresses me with their service. I've used them three times now and each time was perfect. They arrived on time and worked very hard to complete my move perfectly. They were very careful with my items, worked very efficiently and professionally. To me, they go above and beyond expectations and I won't hesitate to call them for any future jobs. Thanks Chris and Bobby, you're the best!

We received excellent service from the company in moving from Russell County, VA to Sevier County, TN. The five gentleman who moved us were very respectful, helpful, and hardworking. We had several large pieces of furniture and they moved each seamlessly-without a scratch. Mike, the team leader, was especially good at overseeing the placement of everything in the trucks, assuring safe travel and maximizing storage. I highly recommend Appalachian Moving and Storage.

These guys were hired to move something for man elderly friend of mine. These guys milked my poor friends money. These guys were supposed to take 3hrs but took over 5. Cost me an entire day! Do not use these guys!!!!

Broke several pieces of furniture. Legs broken off tables and hidden. Table top split into and covered up!! Bed posts 2 were broken and hid the top of post. Boxes of glassware destroyed. Rough handling of fragile marked boxes that were just thrown around.. Very poor service for the money charged!!!! Never never again!!
