Change the TSP immediately if assigned. Horrible customer service, especially if you try to call the numbers provided for the office in California. Once you call to get a status you receive the endless "we don't know" with no offers of assistance. Our house hold goods were packed and then sat in a warehouse for two weeks with no progress made. They only continued progress on my HHG shipment when I called for status and they realized it was sitting there and that it hadn't been touched. If you get assigned this company for your move go else where, and fast. This company should be a last resort.

Always friendly and helpful staff

We got stuck with them for a military move. The damages are in the thousands. They carelessly packed our valuables, most of which broke, and stole a bunch of jewelry. Almost every single picture frame is broken. They dropped a bed off the truck and it shattered into a bunch of pieces. Twice they threw away things from our garage and I had to remove them from the trash. They said they assumed it was trash because they did not know what they were (parts to an indoor garden). They packed and moved our house in two days. For two days I bought them breakfast and lunch. I provided them with soda, water, etc. They kept a box with their trash in it. Guess what ended up at my new home- their trash! They had packed the wrappers and cans from the food and drinks I bought them and stored them with my house hold goods. Avoid them at all costs.
