The best experience one could have when moving. Everyone, from sales to customer service to the movers themselves were top-notch: professional but extremely friendly and efficient. Could not recommend this company more.

Active duty severe damage to property in the thousands of dollars. Failed to pack everything and left their packing trash everywhere. Offered me a couple of hundred $'s out of the thousands in damage and time. Cheats and cons, I have no idea why these people keep being contracted to do our moves. These pictures are just the tip of the iceberg. Their uncouth movers attempted to skate out until I called them on the damage.

I am active duty military and was unable to be there for delivery. So my elderly father, who struggles to move around to begin with, did me a solid and showed up to accept delivery. When the movers "finished", nothing was assembled as they were paid to do, they simply left. After I arrived home I noticed my brand new hardwood floors were severely damaged in the master bedroom. I notified the company, they sent me forms to fill out. Now the company is telling me they are not responsible for any damage as the movers were not notified at the time of delivery. Our other movers which brought the majority of the household went out of the way to make sure no damage came to our new home, they put down mats everywhere and even took off their shoes before going on the carpet. These movers did no such thing and they refuse to do anything for us. On an additional note my furniture was also damaged. But the military insured my belongings, just not my home.
