Used this Company for a complex, partial Pack and Move of my disabled Mother's residence from one city to another. Was informed (and confirmed) that two separate teams would come in one day to perform the jobs... 3-4 packers in the morning, 3-4 movers in the afternoon and was quoted two separate prices. This Did Not Occur. A team of 5 individuals, one of which was a lead, arrived in the Morning for both the packing and moving... Brought the pricing documents I agreed upon and began marking up the documents with his pen saying that the Move will now cost Over $1,500.00 and that half of the Packing process will be Changed on the clock as a Moving process. I immediately called the point of contact at Atlanta Peach Movers and informed them of the conflict. After a lengthy amount of time, waiting on clarification, I decided to just do the packing and Move another day. Due to this being my Mother's apartment and not my own residence, there would be a great deal of sorting and deciding what to pack or toss. The Team Lead took his team inside the Moving truck to discuss in private. He had an attitude about only doing Packing and began Rushing the packing process, instructing his team to pack in the Largest, Most Expensive Boxes. My Mother's most precious items were Jammed into big wardrobe boxes, Glass and non-glass items. The Team Lead even packed items I specifically said Not to pack and charged me. I was charged for a box that I packed and was Even Charged for Empty boxes that were Left. Horrible!
