She truly cares about the customers’ household goods. Her staff who helped her were equally very professional and work fast. The admin, Melissa was exceptionally helpful. Rich the salesperson was very courteous and very professional. This team truly is a professional and customer orientated. I just wish they handled my moving in the past worldwide.

Diane our liaison was terrific and followed up with us constantly prior to our move, daily during our move, and then called post move to make sure all was completed in a satisfactory manor. She was friendly, informative, and we could not have set up this move without her. In addition, Our driver Joe, was considerate, empathetic, and understood the anxiety and stress associated with a long distance move. He completely eased all of our anxiety and stress and got us from point A to point B with ease. He was there at point A and worked incredibly hard to get us packed up and loaded and then it was brilliant to see him again at point B to unload. Knowing he was packing, loading, driving, and unloading our entire life made us completely confident in our move and secure that he had things 100% under control. Our move could have been a completely different animal had it not been for him. 100% satisfaction!
