Paul and his crew were terrific. They were professional and very hard working. They arrived on time, barely stopped until they were done, and there were no surprises with the final invoice. It was by far one of our best moving experiences. I would highly recommend Aussie Moving.

I have used Aussie Moving for both big and small moves. From indoor furniture to outdoor playhouses, everything has been moved efficiently and on schedule. Paul gives accurate estimates and has helpful suggestions to make moves go easier. I will use them for my future needs and recommend them to all my friends.

This is only the second review I've ever written, but I feel compelled to share our experience with this company. Our move out of state was a complete disaster! The moving truck had an accident due to the driver's negligence and majority of our furniture, and a good portion of our belongings, were ruined. (Picture splintered wood pieces and sofas that look like the cushions had been put through a meat slicer!) Even our mattresses were destroyed since our entire truckload was placed in a dirt lot to sit for days until a new truck could be found. When we finally did "move" in to our home, five days late, we unpacked boxes with broken items inside, as well as dirt-laden linens and clothing. The owner of the company has been completely non-responsive with our insurance company, so we are personally out of pocket for thousands of dollars. We finally prevailed in getting our moving expenses recovered, but had to get our credit card company to fight for us. We tried for over five months to remedy this difficult situation amicably, but the owner of the company chooses to ignore us and our insurance company as a method of dealing with the situation. Understandably, accidents happen. The major disappoint connected to this accident has been the manner in which the owner, Paul Luoma, continues to handle himself and fails to take any responsibility. If you are moving, do yourself a favor and hire another moving company. Had we chosen differently, we would still possess many of our family heirlooms.
