Horrible service, missed delivery deadline, never returned my calls, and made the entire process a nightmare. I will never use again under any circumstance.

They damaged both of our vehicles during transport. It's been over 2 months and the claims process has been a nightmare. Getting a response from them is nearly impossible. Horrible communication and poor customer service. AVOID at all costs!

I do not recommend Auto and Boat to transport any vehicles. They damaged my truck during transport. I immediately filled out the paperwork and got an estimate. It has been 3 months and nothing has been done about it. I've emailed and called several times and nothing. The scratch is so deep that it's down to the metal.

They dented the door on my Camaro, but I didn't find it until about a week later (at which point it was too late to file a claim). I emailed them my unhappiness about the conditions of their paperwork. They told me to file a claim in spite of it being a week after delivery, and then they denied my claim because it was filed a week after delivery. Idiots. Edit: This is a response to the business reply. - Yes I did. In my first email to Shannon (before she forwarded me to Linda) I stated that one of my complaints would be with the conditions of the paperwork I signed. Then AFTER being told to go ahead and file a claim, I made sure to be clear that the paperwork would show no damage. I said "Also, I'm having a hard time locating my copy of the paperwork that I received at time of pickup/delivery, but I already know that the damages I'm claiming are not noted on either of those. They're not noted on the pickup paperwork because they weren't there, and they're not noted on delivery paperwork because I didn't notice them and no one brought my attention to them." I have the entire email correspondence saved.
