Shout out to Melanie Hulett (my relocation coordinator)...you guys rock!! I do not understand the negative reviews...my girlfriend's car and mine just got moved across country (from Atlanta to Orange County, CA) in 4 days (shout out to Bill the driver), excellent communication, cars arrived with no issues and they even have valet drop off service at select airports...best car relocation experience for me so far. Thank you!

Great service experience. Jeremy and driver communicated in advance before car loading and before delivery. Coast-to-coast took less than a week (much earlier than scheduled). Car was almost untouched - just a little dirty after that long trip. Thank you.

Add our horrible experience to the list. 1. We showed up to drop our cars off. They didn’t even have paperwork because Jeremy put our paperwork to the wrong location. So we showed up rushed, confused and no one looked at our vehicles prior. 2. One car shows and it has corroded battery axid on it. Big scratch and dent on the side that wasn’t there. 3. Other car shows up (I still have yet to see the condition since my husband has it and it just got here this AM), the driver drove it to the wrong place because no one updated our address. The driver we spoke with was the rudest employee I’ve ever dealt with. He hung up on my husband and was going to leave our car in some random place when he has our only key? I will be contacting managers and going up the ladder until this is made right. Really upset with this experience.
