Ayer managed my move through North American Van Lines. I must say it was one of the smoothest move I have ever had in US. The team ( Brendon - driver ; Frank - move consultant and Evelyn - move coordinator ) were awesome. Each of them did their part perfectly ensuring hassle free move both pick up and delivery. I've used Ayer Moving and Storage for my personal life and in my business. The company has an exceptional customer facing team that is responsive, polite, and professional. The service itself is affordably priced, highly considerate of your personal belongings, and prompt; beyond what you might expect. The service crew is hard-working but also careful handling everything. In both the moves the entire job was completed in under two hours (1,100 sq ft job 1, 3,500 sq ft job 2). One job involved moving about twenty expensive and heavy pieces of equipment (laboratory instrumentation). I didn't have a single concern. I will always use Ayer Moving and Storage for these reasons.

Smooth & easy move from start to finish. Everyone from sales & estimate to the guys moving the my furniture were professional and courteous. The guys took extra care to make sure everything was arranged and moved in where I wanted them to go. It was a super cold day & they really hustled.

An old man and a 14 year old packed my shipment without a care in the world. They were extremely slow, complained the whole time about their job and how much stuff there was, there were many unmarked items, and I am now missing stuff in Germany. Don’t go here by all means possible.

Movers were social, helped me set up our daughters bed. They were also respectful.
