A BIG SHOUT OUT to Bagby Transfer & Storage. I have used them 3 times in the past month. They are extremely helpful, courteous, professional. Jamal runs a great team. They really went above and beyond in performance. The move is not over yet, and I will continue to depend on Bagby to help me move and to provide some storage during the transition. I highly recommend them.

A friend used Bagby to move and the movers scratched floors and walls, dented refrigerator and garage door.

As promised, the movers showed up on time and ready to work. They were considerate and professional. They loaded the truck in record time and then unloaded it at the new house just as quick. I was truly impressed. I would use them again. I felt the price was very reasonable.

Watch how the movers handle your furniture. They literally threw our furniture on their truck. I called them down twice about this. A huge gauge of wood was quite noticeable off the top of our dining room table. Other nice pieces of furniture also took a beating. We were fortunate that we'd taken out insurance with Bagby Transfer before our move so we could get it repaired. We took pictures of the damaged pieces and submitted them to the CEO. The process was not nice and there were no apologies to us. They moved us from Rome to Atlanta three years ago and we will never use them again or recommend them to anyone.
