Barnes Moving & Storage of New England, LLC

This was out 4th professional move and was by far the best. All our belongings arrived without a blemish. The packing crew did an outstanding job. We placed our goods in storage for a little over a month while we were searching for our new home and when we were ready so was Barnes. Unlike past moves we received everything that was ours there was no damage and the delivery was as promised and the crew was fantastic. Fred our driver was great he took care of everything we needed and then some. Easiest move ever.

The drivers not only stole some property but they did not complete the job they were hired to do. On closing day, they left over 1/3 of my property in the house. The buyers could have backed out of the deal for breach of contract. I had to hire two other people to complete the job just hours before I was supposed to be moved out of the house. I called to file a complaint. The manager, Dean, did nothing. I contacted the main office and was told they couldn’t do anything because it was a local move. They could only act if it were an interstate move. Do yourself a favor and find another company.

These guys were amazing! Made my family and I feel less stressed at a time of flux. We’re kind, polite and overall a nice group of gentleman. They even were lovely to our dog! I highly recommend. Made my mom super pleased too.
