The movers themselves were very friendly, they showed up right on time, and the initial response to my request for estimate was quick. After that, it took my requesting regularly for an estimate to get one, it was a struggle trying to confirm details about the move, and we had general trouble with understanding by email. I was called twice the day before and the day of the move just to confirm it was still happening. The movers themselves, while friendly, seemed to have no professional training. Multiple pieces of furniture were damaged, nothing was wrapped (despite even my specific request for 2 plastic mattress covers) to prevent dirt, the movers' sweat, or damage of fabric and wood pieces, hallways and doorways in both buildings I moved out of and into were fully blocked by mountains of gathered furniture for a couple hours, and I was told the day before the move that the initial estimate was accidentally $100 cheaper than it should have been (meaning I had to pay an extra, initially unanticipated $100). I requested the move on short notice, so it's possible these were not well-trained members of the team. But I'd rather this company turned down the job than offer me the kind of poor quality communication and service I got.

These guys were fantastic! I needed help and they responded - with less than 24 hours notice! They were available and didn't jack up their prices just because they knew I was desperate. They were on time, professional, and worked with rather complicated logistical challenges. I highly recommend them to people looking for a local moving company.
