Bates did an outstanding and quick job packing us for a United Van Lines move from Maryland to California. Nothing was lost or broken. Only quibble was that maybe they were TOO careful, wrapping metal cookie sheets in several pieces of paper.

Absolutely the best decision I ever made with this move. They were highly recommended to me and I can see why. From the initial call for info until the truck pulled away after delivering my furniture they were indeed professional. They took such care with each piece and even all those boxes. Polite beyond words ! Hadn't moved in 24 years but if I ever do this again they will be the only ones I call.

Excellent from beginning to end. Professional staff, fair quote, great driver and wonderful moving crew. They took good care of my belongings and the inside of the house. Good communication before and during the move. I highly recommend.
