Bauguess Moving

Even calling this place was a bad idea. The advertisement said open 24 hours but they can not even move you on a Saturday morning. I don't think the woman who answered the phone was coherent. I ask for hours of moving she just kept saying no....no.....no... I couldn't get my question out. All I wanted was a quote and hours of operation. I've never been so confused.

This is the worst experience I've ever had with a mover EVER. Although, to be fair, I didn't really get to experience them as movers because they DIDN'T SHOW UP. I made a reservation two weeks out and assumed I was good. Boy, was I wrong. Apparently, they took down the wrong phone number and when they were unable to confirm they just CANCELED MY MOVERS. Sooooo it's day of- I've got my Uhaul and noone to load it. The lady on the phone did admit it was her fault, which was true but wasn't actually useful and then said she'd get movers there in an hour. Fine. Except when we called her back 30 minutes later to ask if they'd bring a dolly, we were told she couldn't find any of her workers since they were told they had a day off. I guess she didn't call to tell us that because it was more fun if we figured it out for ourselves. I was also told I want allowed to speak to the manager. Apparently she's the only one that works there. So here I am. Because it's so last minute, we aren't able to get anyone and now my 62 year old mother in law is trying to wrestle a king sized mattress down the stairs. WORST MOVERS EVER IN THE HISTORY OF MOVERS.

I have used them 4 different times over the past 10 years. I about to use them again. They are amazing professional and affordable. Always turn to them if I have any moving need...large or small.
