I hired this company last week to pack my upack trailer for a out of state move. They did a horrible job, 90% of my items were damaged upon arrival because of the way the movers packed my belongings. I contacted the company to file a claim, since they claim to be ' lisenced and insured' , however, I have yet to hear back from them. It's obvious that the next step are legal actions which my attorney will handle the rest. The first red flag was when the movers arrived in a uhaul truck with no company shirts on. Just had the paperwork for me to sign. This is so disturbing and a rip off, they hire 3rd party unprofessional people to move your belongings. If you DONT care about your household goods, then hire this company.

I hired this company for a move from Revere to Somerville. They were prompt with their arrival and very efficient. They were friendly and also helped me assemble and arrange my furniture. Everything was moved with care and there were no damages along the way. I highly recommend this company if you are looking for a stress-free move with trustworthy people!
