This company is horrible, so unprofessional. Dealer gave me some kids contact information at Beacon by the name of Ryan. Called Ryan and he gave me a high price and I asked why is the price so high? No lie this kid Ryan advised me that he has to make his money as well. Who says this to any potential client. After reading stories about this company with damaged vehicles and no action for owning up to damage.. I am so happy that I did not go with Ryan and or Beacon. What kind of business is this? Poor customer service. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY . Save yourself some money and call another company with some professionalism.

We worked with Beacon shipping as part of our relocation to Austin from San Diego. Joshua helped us in coordinating with Lion Auto transport. I must say it was an excellent service. Both the owner of Lion Auto and truck driver, Nick were extremely friendly and helpful with overall process. Car arrived in Austin in mint condition and within 4 days including weather delays. I would like to thank Beacon shipping and especially, Joshua for extending such an excellent coordinated service. I will definitely take or recommend your services in the future.
