Review:

When I was in need in short notice to get my living room, dining room and 2 bedrooms moved, they were able to help. Friendly, and treated my stuff as if they would their own. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs services.

My first time hiring movers and Becker made sure it wouldn’t be my last! Brett and Brandon were professional, friendly and made everything so easy for me. Not only were they punctual, but they moved my small apartment quickly and didn’t have a three+ hrs minimum fee like other movers. Thanks for making my move a breeze - would definitely recommend this company to others!

Review:

This was the WORST experience with a moving company. We hired Becker to move our entire upstairs bedroom sets and store them for approximately 8 weeks while we did a renovation. I was told by Becker that if I provided mattress bags that our mattresses would be stored in the bags and if I wanted Becker to reassemble any furniture they would have to take it apart. I watched the movers take our mattresses and put them on the truck not in the mattress bags. When I asked one of the movers, they said they would be put in the bags once they got to storage. Well, when they returned our things, the mattresses were not in the mattress bags and were covered in dust and dirt. Additionally, our King Mattress came back with a huge bulge (see photo below). The movers intentionally hid this bulge by covering it with our mattress pad and foam bed liner. When I contacted the owner, he said that a stitch had come undone and that it would correct itself. When I contacted City Mattress and showed them the picture, they confirmed it was damaged from improper transport and storage. The owner told me he would make this right. We then discovered that they re-assembled my daughters bed incorrectly and drove a screw through her bed frame (see picture below) and then hid the extra screws in her closet. And most recently, because we had to purchase a new mattress, I discovered that the bed supports with my bed frame were never screwed down. Oh yeah, and by making it "right" the scumbag owner sent me a check for $120. Do not use Becker, they are horrible. Google does not allow zero stars, so I had to give them one.
