We had the absolute best team in the world. Super dedicated, kind, and diligent. It was the day after an ice storm and the team waited til we got a plow guy over to the house to make the drive walk-able. The first plow guy broke his plow, so they waited a while for the second guy to get there. They helped me get my car out of the snowbank, and then carried all of our truckload down a steep hill to load it up and head over in the snowstorm to our new home. They unpacked it and were not done until 8:30 at night. What an awesome team. Really very sociable as well. Would recommend this team to anyone!!! They are all from the Wilkes-Barre, PA Office Our move was from the Poconos to Lancaster area. The crew was very punctual. They showed up exactly when they said they would. Dry personable and great guys. All took meticulous care of everything. They showed great care. With moving being a stressful situation, they made it a very great process for us.

The movers were prompt, careful and quick. Nothing was broken. My ONLY complaint was that they would NOT go up in my attic to retrieve the bulk of "move" which was approximately 30 boxes. They said it was against policy. Unfortunately that was never told to me when I informed the operator on the phone that my boxes were up in an attic..so that was a bit un-nerving. But otherwise...great move. Great Experience.
