Excellent packers and loaders. Bruce, our driver, was a consummate professional. A little pricey, but overall, an excellent job and experience.

I had high expectations for this company and I was mostly disappointed. Diana Romero, the sales rep came to my home and I explained the scope of the move, two homes combining into one, all within a 3 mile radius. She seemed very nice and professional. I toured her through both homes and she entered all info on her laptop. I got multiple bids and decided to go with Bekins due to Diana's assurance that she would take care of me. Not the case! The moving team was ill prepared for the move. They came to the wrong house first, tried to postpone one house until the next day, and, due to taking a 1.5 hour lunch, didn't finish up till 6:30pm. The movers were very polite, but one got sick and sat in the truck most of the afternoon. Bekins couldn't replace sick guy so other two had to work much harder. And, worse thing, Diana was unreachable the whole day. They only broke one item, and it was repaired good as new. I guess that's the only positive. I would not recommend this company for your move!

The movers were very polite and courteous. Handled all my belongings carefully and wrapped belongings thoroughly. Upon arriving, unloading went very smoothly and always asked where things went. Pleasant to talk to too. Will definitely refer Bekins to those looking for a moving company. Thank You for a pleasant move at a stressful time. Bill
