Unbelievably smooth experience moving two rooms of furniture to Columbus. They were on time and very fast! The crew was personable and professional. Before I knew it they were loaded, secured and on their way to Columbus. My son reported the same experience on his end. The bill was less than the quote so that is a bonus! Highly reccomend.

We moved my parents from Ohio to Nevada and when their things arrived some of the furniture was broken. We specified how much we wanted my dad's grandfather clock to be taken care of because it has been in the family for many years and they promised they would wrap it up real good and not to worry. They did nothing, no wrap at all an It is broken and they haven't offered to send anyone out to fix it. My mother's dresser legs were broken off and one leg off my dad's dresser broke off. They are terrible especially when we kept telling them how important the clock was to my dad. I have moved 5 times in my life and NEVER experienced anything like this before. I would not recommend them to anyone

My family made a huge mistake trusting this company with all her valuable possesions. These positive reviews are friends and families. They lost many items, and i have pictures i took of damaged items from people who broke in them to steal what they liked. After waiting months for them to file a loss claim they returned only 96.00!!!! What an insult!!! I have to file a small claims, dont go here to trust your belongings with them!
