Sergio and Q were so professional and hard working. They treated our move like they were moving family members. No slow walking or dilly dalling All hustle and work Would hire them for next move without a doubt. They were well mannered and friendly.

More like Worst Deal Movers...move on to the next company unless you have extra money to throw away. This was our experience on a local two-day move (day 1 to load old house, day 2 to unload at new). - We had several pieces get damaged totaling in value of $4-5k including a new dresser, irreplaceable dining table, bakers rack and washer/dryer. This was due to improper handling during unloading and was totally avoidable by the admission of crew members. - Our actual moving cost was $1350 (64%) over the estimate due to grossly underestimated time required. This is either a terribly inaccurate system for estimating or it was intentional to close the sale at an inauthentic price point (which is illegal and will be pursued). For the record, we called several times to confirm and actually increase the declared inventory for our estimate to err on the high side. They still got it wrong. Way wrong. - We were charged time on day 1 that wasn’t worked (billed 7hr 15min plus travel time while actual work was ~6hrs plus travel time). - Trucks were late both days (and that was for a 9:30am start - the earliest I could get!), plus we did not receive promised texts to notify they were en route. If they are on the clock but have no work to do the meter still runs...increasing your bill, but when we waited on them for an hour and half at our new house on move-in day with nothing to do...I wasn’t on the clock for that time. Go figure. - The crew were not operating safely in accordance with Covid-19 related recommendations, including no gloves or mask, and offering handshakes. They didn’t even seem to be aware of recent common guidelines. - The insurance options are not explained. You get a tablet pushed in your face before they start working with lots of legalese and very little clarification. I should have read the fine print. Even when you choose another mover, do your due diligence and get copies of everything right away. - Other crew men complained about the man who dropped our dresser as being a regular concern by not following handling procedures and not having been properly trained. I saw him dropping boxes on multiple occasions and attempting several other dolly stacks that were very unsteady. The others said they warned management about him numerous times to no avail. - We called / emailed our sales guy and the owners at least 10 times with no response in order to obtain our documents they were holding over our head until finally a different team member answered and provided them. He was quite polite and professional actually. I was shocked to see “Integrity” as a core value on their site because it certainly didn’t show up in our experience. I contacted the owners Mary and Thomas Becker ([email protected] and [email protected]) about the above concerns and they did not respond. Zero apparent interest from management in customer service and more importantly, the recurring safety liabilities. We found Worst Deal Movers via a referral and that person was so embarrassed they removed the company from their list of preferred vendors.

2nd time using this company but was a bit disappointed unlike my 1st experience. 1st the movers were fine, polite and professional. Secondly Brandon is very nice and on top of things. My main issue this time was the lack of accurate information I received from sales when quoted about storage: how it works and stated it would be paid on the day of the move. It was my first time utilizing storage so having accurate information was certainly necessary. However, Brandon did a great job stepping in and explaining everything. Just think it’s vital for sales to provide the customer with as much accurate information as possible because the last thing a person wants to deal with on moving day is unknown surprises.

Adrian and his crew did a great job for my parents they were fast ,very careful , and kind. I Highly recommend Best deal movers. Over all very PROFESSIONAL! Thank you for the help once again.

The crew arrived within the specified time frame and continued working until the job was complete. All items were treated with care, as were our old and new homes. The team was very personable and outgoing, maintaining a great disposition for the entirety of the move. I would definitely recommend Best Deal Movers to anyone looking to make a move.
