They are awful. If they ask you to pack something— say NO. They’ll charge you hundreds of dollars for cardboard boxes and bubble wrap.... and when you realize that you’re being ripped off, they threaten not to take your belongings off the truck. AMAZING!!!! They are SUPER FAST, EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL and CRAZY-STRONG!!! All 3 movers were extremely helpful and arrived promptly on time at 8 am. I did not have time to pack a lot of my small items from the bathroom and kitchen, and I had some fragile glassware that the movers thankfully assisted with packing. When I arrived at my destination, everything was intact and not broken. I was amazed! The movers began working promptly at 8 am and the whole move was completed shortly before 2 pm! I had several pieces of large furniture and a sleigh bed that had to be taken apart to move and set up again. The movers did this with no problem! This was my first experience with a professional moving company, and I was pleased! I would use this company in the future and recommend it strongly. Next time, I will be better organized as it is helpful to have as much items packed as possible just to make the process of moving easier. Thank you to Best Offer Moving. What a breathe of fresh air this company was. All the way from the first call to the the actual move everybody was very easy-going and extremely professional at the same time. The team was organized, well trained and worked great together. Movers were respectful and the prices were competitive. I strongly recommend them.

I was very impressed with the service provided by Best Offer Moving for me last week. I made a reservation with a very helpful lady over the phone and it was fast and easy. On the scheduled day truck arrived on time without any delays. The team was courteous, efficient, and careful with our fragile pieces. They did a lot of packing for us that was greatly appreciated by my family. I have used a lot of moving companies in the past few years, and Best Offer was by far the most patient and professional from the first call to the final box. Nothing was broken or scratched. Movers themselves were so nice as well! I don't want to move again, but I know how life is, so when I do, I will use them again with no doubts!

This is the second time I have used Best Offer Moving, and I can't recommend them highly enough. Before the move, they were very prompt with feedback and answering any questions I had. The price is EXCELLENT, especially when you get the a promotion, and--if applicable— get 5% discount for military, senior or student! The move itself was one of the greatest moves I had. Andrii, Eric and Steve showed up right on time--early Saturday morning--with smiles on their faces, jokes, and a truly caring attitude. I really felt that they weren't just concerned with moving my items but with making sure that I was comfortable and at ease. They carefully packed and wrapped up our furniture with such excellence, I couldn't believe my eyes. Their friendly attitude lasted throughout the move, despite the fact that it rained all morning, that I my dog was running around excited, and that stairs were involved. Movers helped me with whatever I asked them in terms of the move--if you want them to assemble or disassemble a bed or move furniture around the new place, they will do it--with a smile. They were professional, polite, and VERY fast. Consider yourself lucky if these company will help you with the move. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I would give them more than 5 stars if I could.
