I have had this company install two different appliances for me that I purchased through Home Depot. HD contracted them, I did not. Each time I paid for installation and both times the man that was supposed to be installing did not do what he was supposed to do. I know that my washer closet is tight on space so I purchased special washer hoses and he refused to put them on and told my fiance that they wouldn't work so when I got home I had to basically reinstall it myself with the hoses I bought that "wouldn't work" which work perfectly fine. Then I had a dryer installed yesterday. I told Home Depot when I bought it that I needed it to vent out the side rather than the back because of low clearance. They said it would be no problem and they would let the company know. The company shows up. Same guy as last time. He did not vent out the side and told my fiance that it couldn't be done and it wouldn't matter if we did the dryer still wouldn't fit in the closet because of the gas line. I get home and reinstall the dryer, simply turn the gas line so it will go back further against the wall and vent it out the side so that it will fit rather than sticking out in the middle of the walkway like he left it. So I paid for installation twice to just uninstall and reinstall myself. I noticed my dryer was dented when I was doing the install. I also paid for parts that supposedly were required for installation, and the company didn't use them and didn't leave them so that I could take them back and get a refund. I found myself at Home Depot last night where they at least gave me $100 back for the trouble and the unused parts. I think from now on I'll just pick up and install myself and save myself some time.

The crew for both packing and moving were a group of great people who were both quick and handled my property with care.
