B&J Moving & Storage

This company gave me the best moving experience I've had. Their crew arrived on time, worked quickly, and didn't cause damage to a single item. They also were very polite and conscientious about checking off all of the items from the moving register.

We recently moved to the area from out of state and used B & J to store and deliver our belongings. It turns out that B & J stored our items in a moldy trailer and we had to reject the delivery due to a strong mold odor on everything coming into our home. After a very unprofessional and sarcastic apology from the manager, our items were transferred to a mold remediation company. Several of our items tested positive for mold contamination, which led to a 6 week cleaning process. This was 6 additional weeks of our family, with a 2 year old and myself being 8 months pregnant, living out of suitcases due to a simple oversight by B & J. This is time that should have been spent settling into our home and nesting for the baby on the way. Many of our items were unable to be salvaged and had to be disposed of. We are a military family, we move frequently and have dealt with a lot of moving companies, our experience with B & J has been by far the worst.
