My parents had a positive experience with them going through a corporate move. My experience was much different. On multiple occasions I had to send repeat messages to get a response to anything. With getting final compensation for damages I had to send a strongly worded email to get so much so as response from them (which was almost immediate after I got upset with them). I was also blatantly lied to twice regarding getting replacement parts in the mail for things they misplaced. After never receiving parts I sent a reminder and was told they would be ordered right away. Nope... I would avoid them for a private move.

I was hoping to use them this June for moving my family. I contacted them about 7 weeks prior to my anticipated moving date. I told them this date ahead of time. They failed to ever get back to me. My wife gave birth, and I didnt get in contact with them for a week or so to follow up. I follow up to find out that they just didnt care enough about my business that they would not even call as they were filing up. They are now completely booked for June and have left me with no one for movers.

The service was great, but then they started harassing me to give them feedback and fill out public reviews. So here you go Relocation Systems. This is what you wanted.
