Blue Ribbon Movers

Haven't used them before but one of their trucks just rolled by my house, ripped down my phone line, and drove away.

Terrible! I can’t believe this place has any positive reviews. Many of our furniture pieces arrived with damage, and every single piece was covered in thick dust or dirt. Our items had to be “stored” for a couple weeks, but I think it just got shoved outside somewhere based on the amount of dirt. Several items were damaged beyond use, and several items were missing upon arrival. The damage claims process is ridiculous also, and I think the company does that on purpose in hopes that people will not complete it. Shady company at best. I will never use them again and will warn others about them as well!

The office staff (specifically president Donald E. Mergaert) were very helpful with questions and concerns. The moving team of 4 guys (Alberto (senior), Alberto (Bert), Justin and Mike) were great guys. We were very impressed with their professionalism, timeliness and genuine concern for our belongings. They were also very knowledgeable about the safest way to pack our glass and other valuable items. Now after unpacking, not a single item was broken or damaged in the moving process. This is a great company and moving team we would happily use again.

Great movers, was sad to see them go. They really do make moving a whole lot easier, without any hassles or mishaps. A lot of movers are often pretty questionable, but these guys are real pros.
