The day the was supposed to pick up my furniture I never received a call saying they would be late so after calling a number of times I finally get a call back to tell me because it's so late in the day will it be ok to do the next day I said sure just to make sure everything was done correctly, then they tell me I should pack as much as I can even though I paid a extra $1000 for them to pack for me, none the less I been in Florida for about 2 weeks now and they are still tryna find someone to drive the truck with my belongings down here mind you I planned for my stuff to get here 2 days before me ,so im paying for a hotel along with rent and these people are sending me invoices about my furniture they still haven't delivered. THE WORST MOVING COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH

What a seamless and pleasant moving experience! Felipe and Marcos worked hard to make sure that my things were packaged, transported, and moved exactly to my liking. They were right on time, too. Fairly priced for a move from NJ to NY.

WORST COMPANY EVER!! I am going to start out by saying I never write reviews, but I am compelled to write a review for this company on here and any other site I can. I am embarrassed that I even have to give them a one star. All they have done to me is LIE and cause stress. This is by far the WORST COMPANY I have ever used in my entire life. After weeks of lying about when my shipment was actually loaded on the truck, I received my items 23 days after pick `up( from NY to FL). They had promised me they do this move every week and it is usually there between 3-5 days. Not to mention, $450 in changed flights plus baby items were spent because they kept promising me my items would be there "tomorrow". Two weeks went by, still NO items!!! Once I received my items, the majority of my things were broken or missing!!! All the boxes were coming apart, glass was falling out shattering on the floor as they were unloading the truck. After the owner PROMISED me he would make it right, his secretary told me he would not get on the phone with me and he MADE AN ACCEPTION to speak to me once before. They offered me a measly $150 for over $1500 in damages. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR MOVE!! DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND use some reputable and professional!! These people are not that!! The owner had commented on my yelp review that most of the boxes were destroyed but not so much of the contents in the actual boxes. If you look at my pictures you can tell almost everything is broken, shattered, ripped, destroyed!! This company ruined and hurt my family immensely. There is no amount of money that could make this better. My boyfriends 28 yr old crib he had as a baby that we planned on using for ours, IS DESTROYED--THAT IS PRICELESS!!**
